The Vineyard
The 60 ha estate of contiguous grounds farms a 47 ha vineyard classed mainly as AOP Côtes du Rhône.The vineyard is Grenache based, and has been replanted in recent years to offer both young plantings and old qualitative vines.
The average harvest is between 1 400 hl and 1 500 hl.
The Château
The chateau which dates from the XVIIIth century (1750) offers a living area of roughly 900 m2 spread over 3 floors. The chateau has an apartment of approx. 200 m2 and two dormitories. It has been recently renovated for guest and reception activities with cloakrooms but the interior has not been fitted with the reception/bedroom/bathroom accommodation you would normally expect to find in a Château used as a private residence. It offers large airy rooms and opens onto a wooded park.
Outbuildings; Behind the chateau are two gîtes, each with a bathroom(80 m2and 60 m2).
The traditional winery, with a capacity of roughly 5 000 hl of cement tanks, exists as an operational work unit but requires some investment and modernisation.
The winery is well equipped (Pera pneumatic press, destemmer…). Well furnished offices and an attractive tasting room adjoin the winery. A farm shed completes the outbuildings.
The farm machinery is comprehensive, and includes a machine harvester.The owner is aided by 2 full-time employees.
