The village, south of the estate, is 22 km from the nearest town and 92 kms from RENNES to the North East.
A country lane leads from the village to the property, passing between its fields and orchards, then there is a gateway between stone walls leading to the park where a winding drive leads to the château, passing in front of the guest house and the outbuildings. The Château, built in granite with slate roofs, is undergoing restoration: only the interior remains to be completed. Stone dormer windows, some Gothic, others Renaissance, a central lantern on the roof ridge and a lower wing to one side give it a characteristic silhouette.
